100 Vendors, German Fare, and Plenty of Bier: Yes, It Is Frisco Oktoberfest Once More!

Join us for Frisco’s Oktoberfest! The family-friendly festival, presented by Nine Band Brewing Co., will be held on Saturday, September 28th at Frisco Square.

Oktoberfest is the world's largest beer festival and traveling funfair. The Oktoberfest is an important part of Bavarian culture, having been held since the year 1810. Other cities across the world also hold Oktoberfest celebrations that are modeled after the original Munich event.

The festivities will kick off at 5 pm with a traditional keg tapping ceremony! The festival will include authentic Oktoberfest music and dancing, a marktplatz featuring 100 shops, traditional German cuisine, and food from local favorite restaurants, a bier hoisting competition, keg rolling contests, an official brat eating competition and plenty of bier!

A portion of the event proceeds will benefit our nonprofit partner Frisco Fastpacs. Frisco Fastpacs ensures that no child in Frisco endures hunger when school is not in session. Every week throughout the school year, we deliver individual pre-packed bags to FISD schools that include enough food for 7 meals for each qualifying child for them to eat over the weekend at home.

Admission to Frisco Oktoberfest is free. This one-day festival is a can't miss event!

At every corner you turn, there is always something to do when you reside at Oxford at Crossroads Centre Apartments in Waxahachie, Texas. On Saturday, grab a few close friends or neighbors to take part in this wonderful event that is sure to add some excitement to your day!
